Cancellations must be made at least one (1) day in advance and in writing via email (learn@babysign.com.au) and will be honoured as follows:
Refunds are not granted due to attendee technology issues
It is your responsibility as the webinar attendee to test your computer setup prior to the start of the webinar. If a technical failure at your home or workplace prevents access to the live webinar, you are not eligible for a refund.
Course or Webinar Cancellation
If a course or webinar is cancelled by Baby Sign, all registered attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible. Attendees will have the choice of either: full refund, or credit, or transfer to a different service/product.
